Asquith Church of Christ is seeking to call a Full Time Senior Minister for 2009 and beyond. Located in northern Sydney, we are a small church of around 80 weekly worshippers of mixed ages whose vision is “Motivated by God’s love, our desire is that others come to know Christ and together we’ll be equipped to serve.”
In order to live out this vision more fully we have been through an 18 month period of discovery and changes through a program called Intentional Interim Ministries. We have installed a new leadership structure, statement of faith, core values, and a new desire to see God at work in our local area. The last piece of the puzzle is calling a new Senior Minister who can lead us to achieve God’s vision and mission for Asquith.
The Successful Minister will have gifts in Leadership, Administration, Teaching and have a passion to empower the local church to achieve God’s dreams for them.
